Clinton
Grover
Clinton Grover was born and raised in Modesto, California, where his family has deep
multigenerational roots. Early travel to multiple countries broadened his perspective and nurtured a
lifelong passion for loving God by serving others.
While attending community college, he supported international students as they adjusted to life,
housing, and education in the U.S. He later moved to Portland, Oregon, to attend Bible college,
where he continued serving international students and volunteered at a drop-in center for youth
experiencing homelessness.
After graduating, Clinton returned to Modesto, where he continued serving in church ministry,
mentoring youth in juvenile hall, and outreach programs for the unhoused. During this time, he also
met and married his wife, Robyn, and together they are raising their three daughters.
Clinton has worked at Layman Electric for over 20 years and currently manages the service
department. He is passionate about investing in his community and is honored to serve through
Love Stanislaus County.
